Emporium

Transforming the historic Harding Theater on Divisadero into the Emporium was another highlight for Mark. He fell in love with the building, a gorgeous historic space that was brought back to life after years of blight and emptiness. This was a proud accomplishment and helped bring life back to the Divisadero corridor.

This project was named in one of the Top 11 Repurposed Spaces in the World by Architectural Digest in 2023.
